Our thinking and our life

Sexual process are must for increasing generation and for continue the same and such series as our ancestors continued. All living beings enjoy sex and feel sexual pleasures. Yes it is excellent source for maintaining health quality and health related others fectors. Many health disorders, health related diseases and our health related issues can be solved with regular sex with wife or enjoying sex with girlfriend. Not only human beings enjoy sex excitement but even dogs, cats, birds. Others reptiles and animals enjoy sexual pleasure with his or her counterpart. Always remember all animals have a special period known as' estrous period or heat period.
